The Walton County Heritage Museum is located in the Historic District of DeFuniak Springs on the circle around Lake DeFuniak.

From Hwy.90, follow signs to the Historic District of DeFuniak Springs and go one block to Baldwin Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks on 7th Street. Turn right on Circle Drive. The Museum will be the first building on the right beyond the caboose.

From I-10, head north on Hwy. 331 to DeFuniak Springs. Turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto Live Oak Avenue. Turn left at the 2nd stop sign onto Circle Drive. Follow the circle for a short distance. The Museum will be on your left. If you pass the bright red caboose, you have gone too far!
