Mr. Bruce Rediker, age 55, of DeFuniak Springs passed away March 8, 2008. He was born February 6, 1953 in Manhattan, New York, to Frank and Mary Daloia Rediker.
Mr. Rediker had been a resident of Walton County. He was Baptist by faith and a member of Westside Baptist Church. He worked as a manager of Hardee’s for several years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, and all of his family, he also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He dearly loved the Lord Jesus Christ, always inviting others to attend church. He also had a part in ministering to those in jail, sharing the gospel.
Mr. Rediker was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Frank Rediker Jr., one nephew Robert Rediker.
Mr. Rediker is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Norma Jean Rediker of DeFuniak Springs, one son Michael John Rediker of DeFuniak Springs, one daughter Traci Richards and husband Aaron of DeFuniak Springs, his mother-in-law Mary Land of DeFuniak Springs, one brother Robert Daloia of Crestview, brother-in-law Richard Land and sister-in-law Brenda Davis both of DeFuniak Springs, two sisters Cathy LaMann and husband John of California and Carol LaRenz and husband Anthony of Springfield, Florida, three grandchildren Sierra Paige Richards, Madison Lynn Richards and Dyllon Michael Rediker, one nephew Anthony LaRenz Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be conducted at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Westside Baptist Church, with Reverend Randy Nelson officiating.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
