Mrs. Cleo Sconiers, age 98, of DeFuniak Springs passed away August 16, 2007 in Crestview, Florida. She was born November 6, 1908 in Glendale, Florida to her father and mother Henry and Dora Henderson Wilkerson.
Mrs. Sconiers was a life long resident of Walton County. She loved flowers, gardening and animals. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, teaching them wisdom, guidence and Christian values. Mrs. Sconiers lived the values that she taught.
Mrs. Sconiers was preceded in death by her father and mother, her husband, Frank Henry Sconiers, Sr. and four brothers, Carney Wilkerson, Keelesy Wilkerson, C.O. Wilkerson and Clint Wilkerson.
Mrs. Sconiers is survived by her three sons, Jack Harrell, Henry Sconiers and Sam Sconiers all of Glendale, Florida; three grandchildren, Shasus Sconiers, Patricia Ann Harrell and Theresa Howard and one great-grandchild, also survived by one niece and four nephews.
A time of visitation will be held at 6:00~8:00 PM, Sunday, August 19, 2007 at the Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 20, 2007 at the Gum Creek Cemetery with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
