Dorothy Mae Martin, 63, of Ebro, FL, passed away July 26, 2006 in Chipley, FL. She was born Oct. 8, 1942, in Ebro, FL, to Clarence and Eula Russell Morrell.
Martin was a lifelong resident of Ebro. She was Pentecostal by faith, and a member of the Rock of Deliverance Praise and Worship Center in Ebro. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing and eating good food with her family.
Martin was predeceased in death by her father and mother; her husband, Robert F. Martin, and one brother, Shelton McKinney.
Martin is survived by her two sons, Jerry Lynn McDonald and wife, Roxanne, of Vernon, FL and Alvin Marcus McDonald and wife, Elena, of Ebro; two daughters, Bridget R. Hilgenberg and husband, Carl, of Ebro, and Dana S. Morrison and husband, Tilton, of Freeport, FL; one brother, Paul A. Morrell, of Panama City, FL; three sisters, Adean Gilley, of Bruce, FL, Eva Barnes, of Lillian, AL, and Edie Burch, of [Lynchburg], VA; also seven grandchildren, Nikki, Natalie, Todd, Stephen, Hoss, Dalton and Faith.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 28, 2006 at Rock of Deliverance Praise and Worship Center, with pastor Brenda Thorton and Rev. Jobie Kirkland officiating.
Burial followed in the Ebro Cemetery.
