Estelle Montgomery Spencer, 84, of Red Bay, passed away July 15, 2006, in Crestview, FL. She was born Nov. 28, 192l in Alabama to Daniel and Callie Hall Montgomery.
Spencer had been a life long resident of Walton County. She was Presbyterian by faith and a member of the Red Bay Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed talking and visiting with her family and friends. She was a fun loving person.
Spencer was predeceased by her father and mother and her husband, John Spencer and one brother, George Montgomery.
Spencer is survived by her sister, Maudie Langford, of Vernon, FL ; sister-in-law, Jessie Montgomery, of Euchee Valley; nephews Royce Montgomery and wife, Shirley, of Ponce de Leon, Kenney Montgomery and wife Debbie, Ernie Montgomery and wife, Brenda, Danny Montgomery and wife, Pamela, all of Euchee Valley; Timothy Montgomery and wife, Nichole, of Caney Creek and H.L. Brown and wife, Lilla Jane, of Vernon; three nieces, Sib Bell and husband, Jimmy, of Ponce de Leon, Brenda Brock, of Vernon, and Genice Maricle, of Euchee Valley.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home, with Rev. Kenny Montgomery and Rev. Joel Glenn officiating.
Burial followed in Red Bay Cemetery.
Pallbearers were her nephews.
