Mr. Jessie Willis Johnson, 73, of 1901 Live Oak Ave., died Saturday [April 10, 1976] in a Niceville hospital.
Mr. Johnson was a native and lifelong resident of Walton County and a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his widow, Hettie T. Johnson of DeFuniak Springs; a daughter, Thelma Hall of Ocala; three sons, Clarence Johnson of DeFuniak Springs, James Johnson and Curtis Johnson, both of Ocala; three brothers, Howard Johnson, Cecil Johnson and Oliver Johnson, all of DeFuniak Springs; two sisters, Catherine Kerby and Ethel Byrd, both of DeFuniak Springs; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Clary Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Wilbur Kelly officiating.
Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery with Clary Funeral Home directing.
The body will be placed in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Sunday.
