John David Langford, Jr., 43, of DeFuniak Springs, FL passed away August 31, 2006 in DeFuniak Springs. He was born Aug. 13, 1963 in Plant City, FL to John and Patricia Ogilive Langford.
Langford had been a resident of Walton County for the past 12 years. He was protestant by faith. He was an avid football fan, and enjoyed working in the yard. He loved movies and spending time with his family and friends. Among his greatest accomplishments he delivered his daughter Shelby roadside at a Shell Gas Station, hence to the name (Shelby).
Langford was predeceased by one brother, Timothy Langford, and one sister, Katherine Hope Dagan.
Langford is survived by his father and mother, John and Patricia Langford, of DeFuniak Springs; two sons, John David Langford III and Joshua David Langford, both of DeFuniak Springs; two daughters, Shelby Jean Langford and Chelsey Langford, both of Hillsbourgh , TN, and one sister, Melody Lynn Miles and husband, Steven, of Lakeland FL.
Memorial services were conducted Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home, with Melody Miles bringing the Eulogy.
