Ludie Estelle Montgomery, age 75, passed away Feb. 20, 2006 in Destin, FL. She was born March 7, 1930 in Northport, AL, to James and Minna Massey Redd.
Montgomery was a resident of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. She was Baptist by faith and attended Cross Point Church in Santa Rosa Beach. She loved to listen to music and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Montgomery was predeceased in death by her father and mother, one daughter, Linda Joyce Montgomery, and one son, Jack Bruce Montgomery.
Montgomery is survived by her son, Danny Wayne Montgomery, of St. Louis, MO; two daughters, Pamela Littlefield, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and Angela D. Morton of Santa Rosa Beach; two brothers, Harvey and Frank Redd; sister, Ruby McKinney, and nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home, with Rev. Charles Wilson officiating.
