Randall “Dossie” Cotton, 47, of DeFuniak Springs, FL passed away Sept. 27, 2006 at his home in DeFuniak Springs. He was born May 14, 1959 in Scottsmoore, FL to Donald and Betty Rhodes Bengston.
Cotton was Baptist by faith and affiliated with Woodlawn Baptist Church. He enjoyed working in the yard and taking care of his dog, Bubba.
Cotton was predeceased by his uncles, Royce and Johnnie Rhodes, and brother, Kenny Cotton.
Cotton is, survived by his father and mother, Mack and Betty Bengston; one brother, Bobby Cotton; four sisters, Wanda Steele and husband, Mike, of Fountain, FL, Sheila Roberts, of DeFuniak Springs, Anita Crosby and husband, Ronny, of DeFuniak Springs, and Judy Cumby and husband, Billy, of Palatski, TN. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews and very special friend, Bubba, his dog.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006 at Woodlawn Baptist Church, with Reverends Bill Willcox and Joel Glenn officiating.
Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery.
