Randy A. Andrews, 43, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, passed away Friday, January 20, 2006, at home. He was born on July 30, 1962 in DeFuniak Springs and was a lifelong resident of the area. Andrews was a member of the Community Holiness Church. He loved his church and also loved to fish and hunt.
Andrews was preceded in death by his mother and father, Hubert and Wilma Andrews, and brother, David Earl Andrews.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn Andrews; sons, Travis Andrews and Patrick Andrews; daughters, Cindy and Chris Kinsey, Charity and Danny Peyton; grandchildren, Hailey and Hunter Kinsey, Devon and Chelsea Peyton; brothers, Hubert Jr. and Karen Andrews, and Elmer and Nikki Andrews, all of DeFuniak Springs; sisters, Susie and Dewayne Sowell of Dothan, AL, Cindy and Richard Price, Lisa and Tim Betts, and Nancy and Freddie McClendon, all of DeFuniak Springs.
Pallbearers were Bubba Register, Michael Andrews, Bobby Cordle, Matt Betts, Ryan Messer, Jeremy Smith and Chad McClendon.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 22, at Community Holiness Church, with Howard Taylor, Troy Hare and Ike Bird officiating. Burial followed in Gum Creek Cemetery.
