Robert N. Robbins

Robert “Bob” N. Robbins, 81, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2006 at his home. He was born April 7, 1925 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a fifty-year Master Mason of the Grand Lodge of Maine, and a member of First United Methodist Church of DeFuniak Springs. He was predeceased by his parents, an infant son and daughter, a brother, and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Gail M. Robbins; daughter, Terri Killmer and her husband, Albert; sons, Mark and wife, Maureen, Dean and wife, Judy, and Greg and wife, Cathy. He was also survived by his sister, Marge Joos, and an aunt, Ruth Walz, as well as eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Robbins’ memory to First United Methodist Church of DeFuniak Springs, P.O. Box 9, DeFuniak Springs or to the American Heart Association at 222 NE Hospital Drive, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548.

Services were held Monday, April 24, at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, with Reverends Jesse Evans, Bobby Ellisor and Ken Autrey officiating.
