Wilmer Lee Wilkerson, 59, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2006, in Avon Park, FL. He was born in DeFuniak Springs, to Henry Lee and Gladys (Alberson) Wilkerson. He was a truck driver, and served in the United States Army from 1965 1968. He has been a resident of Avon Park since 1968, coming from Germany. He is survived by his wife, Naomi R. Wilkerson, of Avon Park; son, Dion Clouse, of Liberty, MO; daughters, Roxanna Hughs, of Brimson, MO, and Tammy BeMarr, of St. Joseph, MO; brother, Raymond Wilkerson, of Mulberry, FL; sisters, Gladys Bailey, of Ocala, FL, Marcelle Wilkerson, of Avon Park, and Sheila Wilkerson, of DeFuniak Springs; eight grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park.
