Mr. Arch Peterson, 72, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008. He was born April 16, 1936 in Holmes County, Florida to Daniel and Lillie Carroll Peterson.
Arch was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was Assembly of God by faith and a member of Reedy Assembly of God Church in Leonia. He loved gardening, singing gospel music and quoting Bible Scriptures. He loved everybody and he was also loved by others.
Arch was preceded in death by his father and mother, and his loving wife Betty Peterson.
Arch is survived by son David Peterson and one sister Eva Hanna both of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, August 24, 2008 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 25, 2008 at Reedy Assembly of God Church, with Reverend Jan Redwine officiating.
Burial will follow in the Reedy Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
Floral arrangements are being accepted.
