Arthur Kelsie Bird, 69, of 406 Orange Ave. died Tuesday morning [August 20, 1968] at his home.
He was a native of Colquitt, Ga., but had resided here since 1950 and was a member of the Wesley Memorial Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday [August 24, 1968] in Comander Funeral Home Friday Chapel with the Rev. Sam Hudgins officiating.
Burial will be in Colquitt Cemetery.
Survivors Include three brothers, Joseph Q. Bird of DeFuniak Springs, Branch O. Bird of Albany Ga. and Dr. Buford C. Bird of Montgomery, Ala., and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Perryman of Arlington, Ga.
