Mrs. Bessie Stephens Andrews, 64, of 227 Center Ave., Panama City, died Sunday afternoon [June 9, 1968] in an auto accident in DeFuniak Springs.
She was a native of Holmes County, but had resided in Panama City since 1933. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Funeral services will 2. p.m. Thursday [June 13, 1968] in Immanuel Baptist Church in Panama City with the Rev. Adolph Bedsole and the Rev. Richard Bloodworth officiating.
Burial will be in Sandy Creek Cemetery with Comander Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include the widower, Mr. Myles Andrews; four sons, Melvin Andrews, Wilton Wayne Andrews, Murray Joe Andrews and Dwain Andrews, all of Panama City; a brother, S. G. Stephens of Palatka and 12 grandchildren.
