Mr. Perry Henderson, age 87, of Route 1, DeFuniak Springs, died Monday, April 12, 1971 at 5 p.m. in a local hospital. Mr. Henderson was a native, and life long resident of Walton County.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maude Henderson, of DeFuniak Springs; six daughters, Mrs. Eva Lodge, and Mrs. Peck Langford both of DeFuniak Springs; Mrs. H. C. Cawthon, and Mrs. L. T. Born, both of Pensacola, Mrs. Jeanette Wooten, of Monroe, N.C., and Mrs. Troy Mason, of Athens, Greece; four sons, Gordon Henderson and Buck Henderson, both of DeFuniak Springs, Hilton Henderson of Ensley, Florida, and Robert Henderson, of Pensacola; twelve grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, April 14, from the chapel of the Clary Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Bailey officiating. Burial followed in the Magnolia Cemetery.
