Edward Eugene Willingham, Jr., age 7, of Route 1, Freeport died Saturday evening, April 10 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a native and lifelong resident of Walton County.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Eugene Willingham, Sr. of Freeport; five sisters, Mrs. Linda Allen of [Newport] News, Virginia, Debra Willingham, Betty Jean Willingham, Rebecca Willingham, and Gretchen Willingham, all of Freeport; Paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Willingham of DeFuniak Springs.
Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 o’clock Tuesday morning, April 13 from the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Spence officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
