Eula Virginia Wilson Parson

Eula Virginia Wilson Parson, 85 of Destin, FL, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007 in a Destin healthcare facility. She was born April 10, 1921 in Nebo, NC, the daughter of Robert Vance Wilson and Pearl Kincaid Wilson. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State Teacher’s College later moving to Washington where she met her husband. After their marriage they lived in Ardmore, PA where her husband was the International Harvester dealer. After [retirement] they moved to Ocean City and later retired to Hobe Sound, FL.

Parson was Roman Catholic by faith. She is predeceased by her husband, Eugene B. Parson; her brothers, Frank and Bob and her sisters, Margo and Harriett.

Among survivors are her sons, Eugene “Bernie” Parson, Jr. and wife, Mary of Wayne, PA, John Parson of Santa Rosa Beach, FL and Steve Parson of Belevidere, IL; daughter Beth Davison, of West Chester, PA; her grandchildren, Kim, Raina, Tim, Colleen, and Stephanie; a brother, Vance Wilson and wife, also survive.

Memorials may be made in Mrs. Parson’s memory to Covenant Hospice, 370 West Redstone Drive, Crestview, FL 32536.

Ptrivate family services and burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery in Palm City, FL at a later date.
