Mrs. Eutha Schofield Campbell, 86, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, passed away Dec. 20, 2006 in Bonifay, FL. She was born Aug. 4, 1920 in Walton County, FL to Grover and Elzonia Adkison Schofield.
Mrs. Campbell had been a lifelong resident of Walton County. She was Christian by faith and a member of the First Baptist Church of Gaskin. She served churches with her husband, the late Rev. James L. Campbell as he pastored. She was also very active in their Nursing Home Ministry including singing and preaching. Mrs. Lewis continued her ministry as she became a resident of the Bonifay Nursing Home, witnessing and praying to all those in need.
Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by her father and mother, her husband, Rev. James L. Campbell, three brothers, Eulis, Dayton and Herbert Schofield, and sister Norma Mitchem and Willie Cain.
Mrs. Campbell is survived by her daughter, Annette Collins, and husband, Johnnie, of Bonifay; two brothers, Ben Schofield of DeFuniak Springs, and Pat Schofield of Chipley; one granddaughter, Melanie Tindell and husband, Tim; two step-grandchildren, Gina Churchwell and husband, Steve, and Lori Collins; three great-grandchildren, Heather, Kaitlyn and Tiffany, and one step great-granddaughter, Cassi Churchwell.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, Dec. 22, 2006 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home, with Rev. Maurice Jenkins officiating and Eulogy by Ronald Laird.
Burial will following in Concerned Christian Church Cemtery.
