Mrs. Gladys Alice Permenter, 69, of Rt. 1, died Wednesday In a local hospital.
Mrs. Permenter was a native and lifelong resident of Walton County and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, David Permenter of DeFuniak Springs and Arthur Permenter of Umatilla, Fla.; three sisters, Clara Campbell, Eddie Lou Hackett and Elizabeth Spence, all of DeFuniak Springs; a sister-in-law, Cora Hatcher of DeFuniak Springs; two brothers, Fred Evans of Panama City and Wesley Evans of Ponce de Leon, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Comander Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Henry Mooney officiating.
Burial will be in the Hatcher Cemetery.
