James Zink

James Zink, 41, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, passed away Dec. 26, 2006 at his residence. He was born Jan. 5, 1965 in Hinsdale, IL to Fred and Karen Zink.

Zink had lived in DeFuniak Springs for the past seven years. He was Lutheran by faith. He had been a long distance truck driver.

Zink was predeceased by his sister April Hanks; grandparents, George Sr. and Ruth Kozak, and Betty Zink, of Lakeland, FL.

Zink is survived by his father and mother, Fred and Karen Zink, of DeFuniak Springs, brother, George and wife, Tina St. Arnold, of Lakeland; four nieces, Brianna, MaKayla, Katelyn Zink and Gina [Hernandez]; five nephews, George Zink Jr., Jaime, Jason and wife, Sherry Capone, Joseph and Joel Hernandez, grandfather, Fred Zink Sr.; numerous aunts and uncles, including George and Sandy Kozak, and Allen and Lynda Myers, all of Phillips, Randy and Pam Kozak of Park Falls, also survived by many cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.
