Lisamarie Walsh, 41, of Southern Pines died Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Born in Youngstown, OH, she was an avid reader and student of the Bible. She enjoyed playing Scrabble. She was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Rauch, and her maternal grandparents, John and Ann Velichko.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Walsh; her sons, Jordan Walsh and Joshua Walsh, both of Southern Pines; her parents, John and Patricia Rauch; her sister, Adrian Mullins, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, and Lora Lynn Nitsch, of Navarre, FL; her paternal grandmother, Alice Krayl, of Jacksonville, NC, and her father and mother-in-law, Leo and Shirley Walsh, of Southern Pines.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 29, at First Baptist Church in Southern Pines, with Rev. John Stone officiating. Burial followed in Bethesda Cemetery.
