LAKELAND — Mrs. Lois Jeffcoat Baird of 4240 Lakeland Highlands Road died Monday (Sept. 28, 1992) at Meridian Nursing Center. She was 87.
Born in Freeport, Fla., on Jan. 3, 1905, she came to Lakeland from Crystal River, Fla., 12 years ago. She was a registered nurse with the Veterans Administration. She was a Catholic.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy B. Cook, Bartow; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Whidden McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St., Bartow.
