Mrs. [William Franklin] McGriff died at her home in Niceville, Friday, August 30. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday afternoon from the community church at Valparaiso, with interment in the Valparaiso cemetery.
Mrs. McGriff was the mother of Euel McGriff of this place, and had many friends throughout this section who mourn her death.
