Mrs. Orene W. Soderquist, age 49, a resident of Route 1, Freeport, passed away Tuesday, March 9, in a Niceville hospital. Mrs. Soderquist was a native and life long resident of Walton County. She was a Civil Service employee at Eglin Air Force Base.
Survivors include her widower, David W. Soderquist of Freeport; one daughter, Mrs. Frances L. Allred of Freeport; two sons, Ronnie Soderquist of Kinsloe, AFB, Michigan, and Bill [Soderquist] of Freeport; three brothers, Paul S. Weimorts of DeFuniak Springs, Stanley Weimorts and G. J. Weimorts, both of Lake City, one sister, Mrs. Flossie Hurley of Crestview, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, March 12, from the Chapel of the Clary Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Register officiating. Burial followed in Hatcher Cemetery.
