Richard “Rick” D. Byram, 51, of DeFuniak Springs, FL, passed away Aug. 25, 2006 in DeFuniak Springs. He was born May 17, 1955 in Birmingham, AL to Marvin “Gene” and Margaret Deason Byram.
Byram had been a resident of Northwest Florida for the past 20 years. He was Baptist by faith. He was self employed; he loved to fish and spend time with his family and friends.
Byram was predeceased by his father and mother.
Byram is survived by his very special companion and friend, Lorna Smith of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; two brothers, Gary Byram and wife, Frances, of Bell Chase, LA, and Wayne Byram and wife, Mary, of Birmingham, AL; one sister, Nan Miller and husband, Jerry, of Hoover, AL; nieces and nephews, Rachel and Aaron Miller, of Hoover, Kevin, Seth and Meredith Byram of Pleasant Grove, AL, Josh and Joel Byram, of New Orleans, LA; aunt and uncle, Jo and Eddie Wiseman and their children, LeAnn McCay and Cindy Chaney.
Memorial services were conducted Monday, Aug. 28, 2006 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home.
