Mrs. Irene Harrell Sutton, age 91, of St. Augustine passed away Thursday, February 18, 1971, in St. Augustine. Mrs. Sutton was a native of Dodge County, Georgia, and was a former resident of DeFuniak Springs. She mad been a resident of St. Augustine for the past thirty four years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of DeFuniak Springs. She was the widow of the late Benjamin H. Sutton.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Harold E. Hubbard and Mrs. Bernice S. Kirkwood, both of St. Augustine, Mrs. Patrick McAleavy, of Jacksonville; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, February 20, from the Chapel of the Clary Funeral Home with Reverend W. O. Wilham officiating. Burial followed in the Magnolia Cemetery.
