Mrs. Leneta Frazier, age 83, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away September 20, 2007 in Crestview, Florida. She was born October 11, 1923 in Corning, New York, to her father and mother, Caleb and Margaret Carr Gee.
Mrs. Frazier was a resident of DeFuniak Springs and Baptist by faith and was a member of the East Baptist Church. She worked in the lunchroom for the Walton County School District. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Leneta always enjoyed spending time with her family most especially family reunions and traveling to visit out of town family members.
Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her father and mother, and her loving husband Joe and one brother Walter Gee.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by her two sons, Wayne Gill and wife Elizabeth of Wachula, Florida and Randy Gill and wife Rhonda of Nunda, New York; three daughters, Carol Howard and husband John, Susan Rockman and husband Tim all of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Sherry Hook of Las Vegas, Nevada and one sister-in-law, Maxine Gee of Bellview, Florida. Leneta is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A private family Memorial Service will be held at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Park Avenue DeFuniak Springs, with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association,1101 Northchase Parkway Marietta, GA 30067 or to the Arthritis Foundation, 7669 Atlanta, GA 30357-0669.
